Website & Service Terms
The website geoagency.co.il is operated by GEOAgency and describes our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI SEO services. Website materials serve informational purposes; specific deliverables, schedules, and pricing are formalized in service agreements.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
Services operate on flexible monthly plans with no long-term contract lock-in. You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Work for the current paid month is completed in full.
Performance Terms & Guarantees
Service plans include measurable benchmarks for non-branded organic traffic growth over 180 days (terms detailed on our Pricing page). If agreed growth benchmarks are not achieved while adhering to the execution plan, the following month of service is complimentary. Performance commitments do not apply if requested client-side implementations are delayed.
Limitation of Liability
AI engines and search platforms operate independently; their internal algorithms and synthesized output remain outside third-party control. GEOAgency guarantees execution volume, technical precision, and content quality, but cannot control real-time LLM responses. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the most recent billing month.
Intellectual Property
All custom content and technical assets produced for the client become the client's sole property upon full payment. GEOAgency retains ownership over underlying agency tools, proprietary frameworks, and audit methodologies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
